Standard Delivery

Our UK Standard Delivery Service costs £3.95 per order, whether you purchase 1 item or 10. This service can take between 3-4 working days and deliveries are made between 7am-7pm Monday to Saturday.

We aim to meet the following timescales but during busy period (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer.


The following guidelines (which may vary from time to time) apply:

- Orders placed by 6pm Mon to Fri will be delivered within 3 working days
- Orders placed after 6pm Mon to Fri will be delivered within 4 working days
- Orders placed after 6pm Fri & before 4pm Sun will be delivered by the following Weds
- Orders placed after 4pm Sunday will be delivered by the following Thursday


Sorry but we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays - please allow an extra working day for orders sent by Standard Delivery during UK Bank Holidays.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man and Northern Ireland may take a little longer.

Our carrier delivers between 7am-7pm, and in ALL cases a signature will be required. If you’re not around, the carrier will try your neighbours, if not the item will be returned to the depo and a further two attempts will be made before the item is returned back to us. They’ll leave a calling card with the details.

 

Express Delivery

Need them new shoes ASAP? Express Delivery it is!

Our UK Express Delivery Service costs £5.99 no matter how many items you buy and is available 7am-3pm Monday to Thursday.

The following guidelines (which may vary from time to time) apply:

- Orders placed by 3pm Mon to Thur will be delivered the NEXT DAY!
- Orders placed after 6pm Mon to Fri will be delivered within 2 working days.
- Orders placed after 6pm Friday & by 4pm Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
- Orders placed after 4pm on Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Sorry but we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays so please bear this in mind when ordering – Bank Holiday deliveries will be delivered 2 working days later.

UK Express Delivery is not available when delivering to the following locations:

- The Scottish Highlands & Islands
- The Isle of Wight
- The Isle of Man
- Northern Ireland

Please note that UK Standard Delivery is available when delivering to these locations.

We also deliver to the Channel Islands.

You can track your order right to your doorstep once it’s been despatched. Just follow the link included in the Despatch Confirmation email you will receive from us, or alternatively you can track parcels through your account.

Our carrier delivers between 7am-7pm, and in some cases a signature may be required. If you’re not around, the carrier will try your neighbours also requiring a signature. They’ll leave a calling card with the details.

If they can’t leave your parcel without a signature they’ll take it back to their depot and leave a calling card with details of how you can collect it or arrange for another delivery. Please note that you can add delivery instructions for the carrier during the checkout process.

Missing parcels

If your order seems to be missing we'll help locate it.

UK Standard delivery should take 3-5 working days whilst deliveries to other countries may take up to 10 working days. If your parcel has not arrived within these estimated delivery times, please accept our apologies and follow the link included in your Despatch Confirmation email, to track the whereabouts of your order. Alternatively, you can track parcels through your account.

Please note that some of our overseas orders will be sent via an international postal service where parcel tracking is unavailable. If your parcel has been sent via an international postal service, you will have been notified in your Despatch Confirmation email.

If the carrier attempted to deliver and you were out, this could result in a delay whilst re-delivery is arranged.

If you have tracked your parcel and think it may be lost, please contact us through the
contact us page. Please remember to include your order number within your message as this will help us speed up the search for your parcel.

If we are unable to locate your parcel, we will further investigate the missing parcel with the courier and endeavour to contact you at the earliest.

After investigating the missing pacel and we believe that the parcel is lost we will send you a confirmation email with lost parcel declaration. We will require to return the form via email and a refund will be issued to the credit/debit card used for your purchase.

Please note that Wowfootwear may refuse to deliver to an address that is considered insecure. If necessary, you may be requested to select an alternative address.

Free Delivery

Next Day service will be delivered the next available working day.
