How can I place an order?

A. Our website.

Q.What payment methods can I use?

A. We accept card payments by Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Master Card, Maestro and Solo.

Q. On the payment page it is asking for a security code, where can I find this?

A. The card security code is the last three digits above the signature strip on the reverse of your Credit or Debit card.

Q. How do I know if stock is available?

A. To check if stock is available online, select the product you wish to purchase and there should be a list of sizes for you to select. If the size you require in that product is not listed then we do not have that size available.
Our stock levels change daily. If you would prefer to receive an e-mail when the product becomes available again in your size, please email us at
enquiries@wowfootwear.co.uk enter your email address in the required field and click the 'add notification' button.  

Q. Can I return my footwear for a refund if I change my mind?

A. We are happy to refund or exchange unworn/unsuitable footwear if it is returned in its original condition, with proof of purchase, within 14 days of receipt. For more information on Wowfootwear's Delivery and Returns Policy click here.

Q. Do you accept International Orders online?

A. We only accept online orders which are placed with a UK registered credit or debit card and delivered to a UK address. However, we may be able to send an order to an International address if the order is placed using a UK registered card. Please contact us via email or telephone for further information.

QI have entered my voucher code but the discount/offer has not been applied

AIf the discount or offer has not been applied, a message telling you why will be displayed at the top of your shopping basket. Here are the main reasons why the discount or offer may not have been applied.

1.Your order does not qualify
Please check that the items in your basket meet the offer criteria by referring to the terms and conditions.

2.Your voucher code is not valid
You may have mis-typed the code we provided you with. Please check and try again.

3.Your voucher code has already been used
Voucher codes can only be used once so make sure that you have not previously redeemed your code.

4.The voucher code you used is not yet active or has expired
Voucher codes are valid for a certain period only and must be presented within that time. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the offer to check that the offer has started or that it has not ended.
