Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

 

 
We offer a full refund on all online purchases returned in the condition in which they were sold within 14 days. Any items returned for refund after 14 days but still within 28 days will be issued with a gift card for the value of those shoes. 

Returns are usually processed within 72 hours of receipt.  However, please note that during busy periods such as seasonal sale and Christmas processing may take longer.
 
Please note that we can only exchange the same items for a different colour or size, if a different item is required a separate order will have to be made.

To return an item
 
In order to return an item, please pack the item in it's original packaging. In the return please state in as much detail a possible the reason for the return kindly state if you require a exchange or refund.


Post your return back to us within the original packaging to the address provided online. Please use a secure and insured delivery service (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery), as WOW! Footwear cannot accept responsibility for items not received. Please retain all proofs of postage.
 
* For International customers where special delivery is not available please ensure all items for refund are returned via an insured carrier service with tracking as we cannot accept liability until the item is received.

Please note we do not accept hand delivery.
 
All refunds will be made to your credit or debit card, for postage refunds against faulty items, we shall contact you to arrange payment.
 
We will refund postage for any faulty items returned to us, however we cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty, we will also not refund any return postage charges unless the item(s) are confirmed as faulty.

All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without boxes or in damaged boxes will not be accepted, and will be sent back to the customer.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
