We take pride in offering high quality products. All of our products are subject to a strict quality control procedure prior to being packaged and despatched to you.
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the product to us, unused within 14 working days. Please ensure that you keep the goods in their original packaging (shoe stuffing intact). We recommend that shoe boxes are wrapped in brown packaging paper and our return address is written clearly on the outside.

Products should be returned by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery so that they can be tracked. You should obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit which are sent by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class standard post. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning products to us.
We reserve the right to deduct the cost of repackaging items not returned in their original packaging.
REQUESTING an ALTERNATIVE PRODUCT
If you return products to us and request an alternative product or an exchange, you will be responsible for the cost of postage and packaging.
STATUTORY RIGHTS AND FAULTY GOODS
Your statutory rights are not affected when returning purchased products. We will only grant an exchange or refund, if products are returned in their original condition. In order to ensure this, footwear must be tried on carpeted surfaces only to prevent signs of wear to the soles. Should the footwear appear scratched, marked, soiled, worn or damaged, we will not grant the exchange or refund requested.
The Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended) states, in respect of 'faulty' unworn goods that; consumers are entitled to a reasonable time to reject unsatisfactory goods and request an exchange or full refund.
All of our products are manufactured to a very high standard. Customers will not be liable for basic defects arising in workmanship and/or failure in use. Repairs, exchange and full refunds will be given should the product experience manufacturing defects or failure in use. That said, we do not offer any guarantees against standard wear and tear or malicious damage. In such cases, we reserve the right to seek advice from an independent resolution body.
Should the returned product be found to bear no manufacturing defects or failure in use, but that such has been due to standard wear and tear or malicious damage, we will not reimburse the cost of postage to you or the cost of the product.
To minimise wear and tear of any item, it is common sense to that you take good care of it. We suggest that you also follow the tips below:
Re-heel heel tips and outer soles before they begin to wear out. Failure in this regard will result in extensive, irreparable damage.
Refrain from wearing certain styles of footwear (i.e. suede, party sandals, shoes made with delicate leather) in unfavourable weather conditions.
Take adequate care when putting on or taking off footwear.
PRICE MATCH We are happy to price match any of our products which are being offered for sale on any other retail website. The product must be the same as the one that we are stocking. In such cases, please forward details of the website and product to us so that we can validate the price match.
Our price match policy does not apply to products being offered in high street retail outlets and applies only to products being offered by retailers on line. Products being offered by on line wholesalers are excluded from this policy.
